I used to work at Marie Callenders (a family restaurant focusing on fresh baked pies), and this one Thanksgiving, during the period that we made literally THOUSANDS of pies, I got to take what was leftover after we sold what we needed. I drove Mazda 626 at the time. Four door. Like an old Honda Accord basically. The front seat and back seats and floor boards and TRUNK, were stacked with pies in boxes. I couldn't get rid of them all if I tried. I gave them to friends and family and even my dog got a whole pie. I drove around my neighborhood and gave them away to people I lived near. I'll tell you one thing I know for sure.... Everyone loves pie. The end.
