It is a very powerful move. The combo may or may not have been intentional. I've been trapped in it dozens of times and I don't feel it's over powered. The neutral game for the night stalker is its strong point. The super for PvP is lackluster but has its moments. I can tether a couple enemies or maybe kill 3 with quiver... if you're lucky. The combo is no different than any other combo in the game.
