Doomsday vs Ultron
As title says.
By the way, we're talking about the movie versions.

Doomsday. Every single time he dies he comes back to life and is unable to die the same way ever again. You're literally picked someone who will keep coming back again and again and cannot stay permanently dead.

Unless Ultron somehow has access to Kryptonite, he won't be able to touch Doomsday. The problem is that as long as Ultron has the internet, he can't die either.
