You're right about them using it as intended, its just an EXTREME advantage to be able to one shot someone across the map (essentially 3 times since u get 3 shots) regardless if they're in a super (except FOH with unstoppable or whatever that perk is, and nova bomb with skull of dire ahamkara). Skill? -meh, it is possible to miss but honestly I've been shot through walls when I thought I was safe from GG, it does have a lot of forgiveness to it. Smaller maps are a lot more fair for everyone. I'm not trying sound rude or complain, just stating my opinion is all. Kinda like how people think transcendence/landfall on stormcaller should be nerfed, I feel like it's fine, but then again I'm a warlock and I use stormcaller in 6v6 and I usually get lots of kills with it.
