No self-res after 3 skulls in ToO. You let your whole team die, you should lose that round. But self res warlock coming back to life, reviving the other two, then mowing down the other team is cheap. They worked hard for those 3 kills. 2 or less skulls, go for your life. But at 3 that's game. No exceptions.
