Increase the drop rate for legendary weapons for Crucible and the Shaxx Bounty!
You denied my chance of getting another In Times of Need by giving me Ghosts, coins, and more ghosts!
Do you know the concept of trade off? If you removed reforge, you must compensate that by increasing the drop rate, not lower them further.

Asides those exclusive guns from bosses i got, i got some sublime engrams from the wild a few times. Look at my hunter, i got the ps exclusive chest and boots.
