I give you every credit for trying to engage the community. You reply to posts and I am sure that you do tell the developers what the community are asking for.. For whatever reason Bungie are feeding you to the lions, not for failing to adopt the most highly demanded 'wishes' such as OMM but by refusing to tell people why this is not possible. genuine reasons and not PR speak, or sarcastic remarks such as those made by Deej. Some of the community who use b. net are amongst the most imaginative and creative anywhere. Sure there is rudeness etc but that has been born, to a certain extent, by a lack of meaningful communication not just communication itself. Your hands are tied but you have my sympathy for having been handed this poisoned chalice.
