Would you pass this as a law?
Would you pass and put into effect all over the world a law to prevent bullshitting around existing laws? No shady ways around, no cheating.

It's only because laws are written in old English & Latin! They where worded to be exact! But as very few understand the exact meaning of many words it leaves room for interpretation! But If they were rewritten in common English lawyers would be out of a job! ;)
