What is the best perk for a Rocket Launcher?
I think it's perfect balance.
Edit: Shank burn is pretty useful tbh
Grenade and Horseshoes are not good perks.

Hmm, I thought it was perfect balance but then you say perfect balance and it really got me thinking between them, however I looked further down the list and I saw perfect balance and it got me second guessing my decision. Man I never thought it was that difficult, I always thought it was perfect balance, but you really make a tough argument. I can't decide anymore! Help!
