What is the best perk for a Rocket Launcher?
I think it's perfect balance.
Edit: Shank burn is pretty useful tbh
Grenade and Horseshoes are not good perks.

Sometimes when I'm using a rocket launcher with 2 shells, after I've fired the first, the recoil causes the second shell to be fired wildly into the sky because I don't have perfect balance :(
