Urk has already said nothing about the old raids is coming in the update. I don't think the taken guardians are gear or shaders for us, rather it makes more sense that they're the new enemy type in PoE. Some of the guardians who invaded the dreadnaught were taken and we've captured them in the prison of elders where we will go fight them.

Na. I say do to the strikes name that we get put in some weird taken dimension that makes us look this way during the strike.

The lore literally prevents guardians from being taken.

Even Oryx can be taken (he takes himself) so why not guardians? Eris, Dredgen Yor, Toland the Shattered, no shortage of guardians who have been corrupted in some form or another.

Well our guardians are ascendant hive and an ordinary one isn't. And ascendant hive can be taken
