What is the best perk for a Rocket Launcher?
I think it's perfect balance.
Edit: Shank burn is pretty useful tbh
Grenade and Horseshoes are not good perks.

I remember a Rocket Launcher with the perk Reactive Reload. Such an awesome perk. Just think in PvP, you can actually do more damage with a second rocket, once you get a kill with the first rocket. And to think how often you have heavy ammo in a match.... Nerf now plz....
