I believe what they are getting at is that if Mr. Pool takes a direct hit from the death star beam, it will disintegrate all of his cells. No cells= nothing to regenerate from, there was an instance where Deadpool regenerates from one drop of blood one time, but I could be mistaken. [spoiler]No cells- No regeneration [/spoiler]
