Faction vs Faction battles in patrol. Patrol has become stale and the only reason to do it is to farm materials. If in the middle of a patrol a message came through to your ghost that dead orbit guardians were under attack from a splinter New Monarchy group. It would become exciting again. A pvp element similar to a public event. Death would mean being removed permanently removed from battle and the winning faction could be rewarded with faction specific loot.
