What else did you expect? As far as I know it's everything it's been advertised as

They never once showed PvP happening in Brooklyn. Not even in the early gameplay videos. The areas where they showed PvP taking place are actually in Manhattan. In fact all of the spots that were showcased in the early gameplay demos are in game.

It was next to water and near manhattan bridge so one can assume its supposed to be where the player starts in the game as it is. No pvp near water though. Huh. Funny that. Edit; upon remembering from joes example in the trailer, I noticed it shows the three agents in a potential fight with others in the gameplay. The map zooms out and boom, actually they WEREN'T on manhattan.

"One can assume." That's the problem, people make assumptions too much. I haven't seen a single person who bitched and complained about Brooklyn being taken out of the game prerelease say a single word about it actually being in game. They just quietly ate their words. Massive never stated facts about what role Brooklyn or the areas shown in the early gameplay videos would play. Everyone just assumed. So that's on them. Edit: If you could direct me to a link showing the PvP near water it'd be appreciated because I certainly can't recall such footage.
