Division is turning out to be not so good after all :)
-
I guess that settles it. We all know angry joe is the end all be all when it comes to reviews.
-
Everyone on my friends list jumped on it.. 2 weeks later they are back on destiny and other games.
-
I like both but the Division was waaaaaaaaaaaaaay over hyped

Edited by Aces: 3/21/2016 2:56:22 PMI have four things to say 1. It's just a review, an opinion, not a fact dumbasses. 2. You sometimes can't trust AngryJoes reviews, sometimes their bullshit, sometimes they make sense. 3. All that are saying "OMG I tld u gys tht Division would suc!" Look at number 1. 4. It's your choice if you want to play the game or not.

He said in the destiny review he would have rated it 4/10 if it wasn't for the crucible mode(PvP) And destiny in general has better weapon variety, cosmetics, pvp, had less bugs, etc, I don't play destiny but don't lie to your self.

The games are completely different at their core but share a few elements such as RNG loot. You cannot compare the gameplay from a third person shooter to FPS. It's far better to compare division cover shooter gameplay to that of gears or even the MGS franchise. In return Destiny should be compared to other FPS lines such as COD or Halo. Both games have their pros and cons, personally I prefer the division but that shouldn't stop you from enjoying Destiny. I played from day one on destiny up until TTK and got bored of the game in the end, with the likes of Fallout, Halo, Rbs siege and division I have not played since then and may jump back on at some point. However my focus is on division currently and I like the gameplay, story and the way lore was built into the game. This is an area Destiny could be improved upon, the lore cards are great but they should be accessible in game and be there to find collectibles that add to the story. This is where Division has worked well, the inclusion of Echoes, phone recordings, drone footage and situation reports add further depth to the story and helps to support the main storyline. But hey this is my opinion and shouldn't affect what you want to play and what you find fun. At the end of the day it's up to you what you find fun and no reviewer or forum post should change that

You should've heard about his destiny review, he was pissed off the last 10 minutes and said it would've been a 4 out of 10 if it wasn't for the production value and pvp, an unbalanced and still to this day frustrating pvp which meta for 8 months was thorn and last word, changes to the matchmaking system, lying to the community with out telling us, yeah graphics and pvp boosted it from a bellow average game according to him. That's your defense on pouring hours into this shitty game?
-
Destiny could have been really great, if it actually had content a freaking story, and lore actually built into the -blam!-ing game.
-
Yeah if he gave this review earlier in his YouTube career I might have taken him seriously but now he's just a mess. Bitches about every little detail

Edited by puppyk1sses: 3/21/2016 3:21:59 AMDivision has an 81/100 (avg of 41 reviews) Division has a 74/100 user rating (avg of over 1,647 reviews) -By contrast- Destiny has a 76/100 (avg of 85 reviews) Destiny has a user rating of 61/200 (avg of 5,214) Looks like this Angry Joe fellow is a fgt, confirmed. Pro-Tip: Why try to cherry pick one bad review when you can look at them all?

Bumperoni macaroni

Oh no! Not a random youtuber.
-
Right. . Cause angry joe said so.
-
Didn't he say both were average games at best? Meanwhile Witcher 3 was basically a must have according to Joe.
-
To quote the great 28 Days- "No one could give a shit, so build a bridge, get over it"
-
Ign Italy gave it 9/10. Ign gave it 6.7/10. Da faq

The game is clearly more in the 80's score region depending on your gaming preference. It does have it's flaws, but it's fun and does what it does fairly well. They just need to figure out how to handle end-game better. Some internet clown that felt like bombing it doesn't mean much.
-
Well destiny is better. But I don't hate the division. I do t really know my feelings toward it yet...
-
I think it's a great game, I've been having a blast. I haven't taken the time to watch his video, I may tomorrow. Though most of his videos are just laughably bad to me. He has his own opinion and it definitely doesn't match mine, nor most of the people I play with.
-
OMG ANGRY JOE GAVE A GAME A BAD RATING, OMFG!
isnt that the SOLE PURPOSE of that idiots channel? -blam!- out of here with your shit
-
That guy is retarded
-
So because a YouTuber says it's not good it means everyone thinks it's not good? I'm not here defending the games flaws but his opinion isn't fact.
-
Angry joe rates game low that just came out and thinks that they're going to be God tier games at release date.
-
Angry Joe? It must be true then!
-
I know Angry Joe's review of Destiny would have been a 9/10 instead of 6/10 had the RNG gods granted him The Gjallarhorn from defeating Valustar Auric in his first NF strike and The Vex Mythoclast from his very first VoG raid. If I was CEO of Bungie I would have programed the RNG loot table drop system to be much nicer to Mr. Joe because I am aware of all the sheep that follow that joker........

I like that one of his comparisons was people looking the same. You mean like in Destiny where everyone has to wear the same gear if they want to be powerful? How for each DLC there was a set of gear everyone wore? I've never logged in to The Division and seen 2 people look the same. Last night I played with a redhead European faced woman wearing a white jacket and pants, an shaved head Asian faced woman wearing street clothes, and my character wearing olive green leather jacket and a soft-brimmed hunting hat with swat pants and boots. Every piece of gear (backpack, gloves, best, knee pads, sidearm holster, mask) along with every piece of clothing (shirt, jacket, hat, scarf, pants, boots) come in carrying colors and styles and can be worn with anything else to make a unique style. Sure, there are only a dozen face shape options, a handful of colors for skin, hair style and color, piercing accessories, tattoos, etc. But how many do you have for Destiny? And then 9/10 of the time you're wearing a helmet anyway so YOU DON'T EVEN SEE THE TOTALLY CUSTOMIZABLE HEADS ANYWAY.
