Well, the Nerevarine is literally immortal, and the Hero of Kvatch/Sheogorath is literally a god. As for the Dovakhiin, I'm not as sure, although s/he doesn't feel any weaker than either of the previous in game, and it's not as though he wouldn't have a way to survive it, but just not tank it. Then again, this guy beat Miraak, who was worshipped as a god, and Alduin, who pretty much was a god, at least of sorts. I'm not really sure TBH, cause of the flexibility of all the dragonborn, which applies to a far lesser extent to the others.
