You said if you added all the dlc division would probably have more. Not counting multi part missions there is like 60.
But again I'm only taking about VANILLA DESTINY.
4 distinct factions - not different clothes on guys that are mech the same
A raid not nothing
4 strikes not nothing
Actual pvp with like 10 maps and 4 modes not broken DZ with 1 map.
A ton of unique gear across three classes each with 2 subclasses that gives different unique abilities not different color jackets and hats with a bunch of same-y guns.
You know! VANILLA DESTINY.

uhh the longer missions are EASILY on the level of destiny strikes, if not a little higher. On challenging difficulty those missions that have it are easily AT LEAST on the level of year 1 nightfall
-
Nah destiny strikes has real bosses not just named remodels with more health. The missions in division are like the missions in destiny. Except they are artificially made harder by adding more health and damage instead of modifiers or different enemies with different abilities.

Edited by OJ191: 3/19/2016 11:28:47 PMWat, Strike bosses ARE literally just remodels with more health, for the most part. Any unique mechanics are very very VERY minor. The only decent unique strike boss mechanic I can even think of is echo chamber, and that was gimmicky as -blam!- at that but at least they tried something new.

Please show me a normal mob that looks like a spider tank or ta'aric or phogoth etc
-
devil walkers aren't even a full boss, miniboss at best, hell they're not even a mob really they're destiny's version of a main battle tank. Final mission of vanilla division has a heavily armed helicopter. Phogoth is just an upsized ogre ffs. I don't even know what you mean by ta'aric, but none of the cabal bosses are particularly unique, they are just upscaled and with random extra armour pieces added on.
-
Oh mini boss... Another thing division doesn't have lol keep digging
-
And again no I never said it had more. I said amd again I repeat " the division has nearly as many missions at launch as destiny in it's entirety". Now where exactly does it say more? But don't worry its only just been released. Very likely to end up with more within the first 3 months.

26 vs 60 is not nearly as much haha and I was referring to enemy factions you know like Fallen Vex Hive Cabal Al look vastly different and have different attacks and abilities with distinct bosses and enemy classes within them. Not dudes in sweaters Dudes in orange sweaters Dudes with fireman suits Dudes with camo Al have a grenade guy a melee guy a guy with more health and a normal guy
-
Yeah well at least every dlc isn't about -blam!-ing bugs lmfao. Also those 26 missions are just missions. Not including side missions and encounters.
-
Yep and I'm not counting bounties class missions patrol missions public events and community events.
-
Although destiny having factions is another step up from division as they provide more gear in a game that's about getting gear. Lol

Edited by The Devourer: 3/19/2016 1:44:50 AMEvery y 1 strike can be skipped mostly to the end. Most were completed with 10 mins. Nightfall end game tier coud be done within 20. 4 distinct factions that only serve as a means to buy different weapons and gear. Nothing more to them than exactly that. Now I have to give it to you that destiny does do alot of events. But it's honestly way too early to compare that aspect because it was just released less than 2 wees ago. Yes there are balance issue in the dark zone but it isn't unplayable. Remember when trials was postponed this year due to balance issues?

Ps I'm on this forum because played 20 hours of division and ran out of stuff to do and got extremely board so I'm coming back to destiny where in the middle of a content drought I still have some things left to complete after over 1000 hrs. If division has so much content and such an amazing endgame why are you here digging this hole?
