So the witcher 3 with all the free DLCs were actually lying because I needed the game in the first place... Damn.. Liars everywhere...

Not what im saying. This is part of the $40 spent on TTK. Planned, like Witcher 's 3 planned, to be released later. The Witcher 3 wasn't free to everyone, neither is this.

It IS free . They did not need to have this update delivered because when you purchased TTK there was no mention of the update. So in essence you baught TTK and THATS IT. In comparison : When you got the season pass last year it actually said what you will get and thats what you could expect to get. This update is financed by emotes. It is free , because the emotes are overpriced and thus they had money to update the game . I paid for it ... everyone who baught emotes paid for it. The 1 who only purchased TTK and no emotes did NOT pay for it. The only reason bungie made that statement is because they tied it to the TTK DLC. Obviously , because without it you wouldnt be able to play it.

It's not really anything new, it's just the other half of what you paid for. If you did not buy TTK, you won't get the update. That means it isn't for free.

Edited by Val44: 3/18/2016 4:52:00 PMIt is free because when you bought TTK there was no promise for this update. So whoever did not buy emotes , to them this content is for free. And obviously it is tied to ttk purchase because you always need the latest DLC to play current endgame stuff.
