Bit of backstory:
I've been an artist all my life, and used to recieve many compliments on my work. For a few years, I had been taking private art lessons with a professional, but we recently cut them due to lack of time.
Nowadays I have no motivation to draw or anything, yet I always want to. I either have motivation or ideas, not both. How can I get out of my chronic artist's block?

Go outside on the weekend, and take a random walk. Don't even plan a trail, just when you wake up put some clothes on and walk. Walk in a general direction until you are by water. Then sketch it, and paint it at home. Eat some breakfast and turn on some music. Don't rush it, just do it when you feel like it.
