What if you made artifacts be able to be upgraded to the next tier? And when they go exotic they unlock exclusive emotes that can only be used while the artifact is equipped. Like the two sided coin giving you a coin toss emote or the damed lute actually play the lute. If you don't plan on fixing the emote system then just replace the standard dance emote.
