It wasn't a toy gun a bb/pellet gun is actually a lethal gun hence why it doesn't have the orange tip on it. The call was made, the police knew he had a lethal gun which you have to be 18 to buy, when the police pulled up the video and police report show the kid going for his waist, what they did was procedure. You're just a dumbass who can't seem to understand that. If it doesn't have an orange tip it's a lethal gun and can kill someone.
