I would also like to seee al weapons get an extra perk node with these perks or old ones
It is Personal: Boost to recovery, armor and agility stat by 5 points. Bonus damage to the player/AI who killed you by 30%. (Bonus damage only applies to AI/player who killed you.) perk stops working after you get your revenge.
Helper: Assist heal the person who killed the player. Perk related to Guardin Angel
Guardian Angel: Saving a teammate from death (you kill an enemy who almost killed your teammate) Give an overshield to your teammate
Trigger Happy: Increase the rate of fire of this weapon to another archetype of your choice. Less impact and stats may change for balance. This perk can be turned off
Slow Fire: Slows down the rate of fire of this weapon to another archetyoe of your choice. More impact and stats may change for balance. This perk can be turned off
Burst Fire: This weapon can be shoot in bursts of 2, 3 or 4
(Fusion Rifles) Last Chance: Missed bursts (the whole burst) have a 35% to return to the maagzine and be shot instanly (no charge time) Can not proc 2 times in a row and not for the same burst
(Sidearms) Ready for Anything: When out of ammo, stowing this weapon gives a full mag. Can only proc until the mag is again empty. This si to push the role of the sidearm
(Snipers) Back In My Day....: Can use Iron Sights. Not very good on long range. (Added by Hawkmoon)

The first two seem pretty exploitable. For the first one, just have the boss kill you and get revived. For the second, team shoot adds.
