-Adds an AOE damage to the contact point of every shot fired (pvp and pve)
-damage is split up between two numbers. Headshot damage only effects one of the numbers but the headshot multiplier is increased to compensate. (pvp and pve)
-decreased damage fall off due to a portion of damage being AOE which does not fall off at any range (!) (pvp and pve)

- ~25% (!!) bonus body shot damage to majors (pve)
- ~16.7% (!!) bonus head shot damage to majors (pve)
- ~13.4% (!) bonus precision damage to cabal
- inconsistent bonus precision damage to vex.
- ~12.5% (!!) bonus body shot damage to ultras (pve)
- ~8.4% (!!) bonus head shot damage to ultras (pve)
-explosive damage goes through cabal and knight physical shields, and cause cabal to flinch without taking the time for those annoying arm shots. (pve)
-increases amount of flinch dealt (pvp and pve)
-adds a visual affect that makes it hard for the enemy to see immediately after being hit (pvp)
-certain guns get increased damage by 1 point (pvp)
Overall an extremely underrated perk. Hope this helped.

I have an NL shadow with explosive rounds and you can really notice the flinch/vision effect. Someone will be shooting at me and I'll turn around and pump some rounds in their skull and they literally just can't hit me anymore. They had the jump on me and everything but once I start shooting they just can't see.
