OP says says his sniper percentage is 86%
Grimoire says OP has 20% precision hit ratio

It's based on PvP, not PvE

That percentage in the Grimoire is a combination of the 2 yes but there's no way his percentage in PvE is so low it dropped his supposed 86 to a 20. Stop drinking the Koolaid
