Diet, exercise, therapy (therapy is awesome, everyone should go to get a mental and emotional tune up from time to time). Always remember that it's okay to ask for help. Creative hobbies (writing, painting, music, etc.) can be a big help as well. Looks like you're getting a lot of support here already, but if you need another person to talk to about this I'm here as well. Now go outside and get some exercise!
