A couple of ideas that in my opinion would be a massive game changer for them.
-Colonizing: i hate logging in and being in orbit. It absolutely makes things quicker but it feels so dry! Its year 2 and guardians should be taking back old russia(or our solar system for that matter). Even if its a tiny gated community, we should log in on the last visited location in the "safe zone" or colony.
-private matchmaking: no explanation.
-MORE PLAYLISTS: when i think of crucible i think of arena. When it comes to arenas there is all kinds of play styles. I would love to see a "swat" style playlist only allowing precision weapons (hand can, pulse, scout, snipes) or any weapon only based game style. Possibly more fun playlists too like the old infected, king of the hill, griffball playlists from halo (not to make more comparisons, just an example)
-mission and strike entrance: while on patrol it would be super awesome to walk near the area of said strike or story mission and be asked if i want to do them. It would tie up that loose thread feeling of the game. It would also help guardians find people better playing or wanting to play similar content.
-remove currency cap: simple enough, some people like grinding, let em grind.
-option to sell weapons/armor: i understand the no trading policy, completely makes sense. But theres a ton of items out there being wasted. A grand exchange would be awesome, but a "pawn shop" type vendor would be amazing. Only stock is what we would sell him. You guys would have control over value and guardians aren't stuck with dismantling as an only option.
-Vehicle Customization: vendors allowing "shaders" and upgrades. Cosmetic or otherwise. Keep all upgrades, shaders, etc for vehicles at the vendor, our guardians aren't mechanics, lets keep it that way lol.
-Maps: i stay away from the planets as much as possible. Im also not the only one, but its because i feel so misguided and lost. Not literally, the maps aren't that massive, but things like certain hallways, stairs, holes, edges, blah, blah, blah are easily overlooked. Pulling out your ghost should pull up a mini map. Hell, you can make players "retrieve data" for said mini map and make us travel every step again.
An actual map in the inventory wouldn't be so bad either.
-Consumables: buffs of all kinds of sorts would just be fun and dope. Overshields, weapon accuracy, handeling, weapon damage, weapon resistance, ability resistance, type(subclass) resistance, and others. Only allow them in pve (or mayhem, f**k it!) But it would give us something good to waste some sweet currency on.
-Balance: here is the tricky part, since this is completely never correct and always needs adjustments due to feedback. But im not discussing OP classes or weapons, i want to talk about the triad of subclasses and how they should be more meaningful.
Lets talk about digimon (i know, bleh for a lot of you) but you have data, vaccine, and virus. It goes Vaccine > Virus > Data > Vaccine. Exept in a circle, now what i would love to see is this done with our subclasses. Solar > Void > Arc > Solar(or something similar). I get that your class should be based off your gameplay so leave them alone, but now that every class hass all 3 subs, why isnt this a thing? Lets get a little more dangerous.
