1 ReplyIt is normal in the sense that everybody experiences periods of depression in their life. I was depressed for 6 months when a long time girlfriend broke up with me years ago. I would wait it out as long as it is situational, or caused by something. Antidepressants or suicide are not viable answers to a likely short term problem.
