Love this gun because it is what Hawkmoon used to be minus Holding Aces and Luck in the Chamber. I have one for each of my Guardians. All differently spec'd and all awesome.
It's weird it's better than Hawkmoon as the description suggests it evolves into Hawkmoon...... like a Pokemon.

Personally I think that is a wasted perk on a gun with 12 bullets in the clip. Chances of it a greatly reduced. I'd recommend something with is always working for you. Eyasluna is two headshots and one to the body (At least I don't think it's 2 headshots only) for a kill anyway so you'd be good in losing LitC

1. It's 3 shot normal 2 shot lITC to the head and no one complained that hawk moon was 3 shot with half the upgrades

I said "personally". Doesn't matter to me, I just like my guns to always have a benefit or reward me with something for a kill, it's the Titan in me :) Hawkmoon two shot kill is a strange comparison to Eyasluna as it has triple LitC and 13 in the clip (year one) so the ratio for getting LitC to proc is greater. If I got LitC on a Vanity from FWC I'd definitely keep that one as eight bullets in the clip is a good chance of getting it when I need it.
