try this:
create a party, invite five of your friends; get ready while chosen elimination, for example. Count down and then both ft leaders press start together / voila: u get matched to play against your friends

it works, maybe u have to try it a few times - cancel both immediately when other team has maybe 5/6 on the screen; be sure that the fireteam leaders are nearby each other - worked for me/us at first or sometimes at 7/8 tries

It waist time and when you get locked in you have to change characters Sweatys are fun but it should be easy to hold a custom game
