A lot of commenters here saying how he's popular because he works on building his community, but he certainly didn't seem like a happy community builder when he was instantly banning anyone who called him by that name. Lol.

Probably because it's rude. Also streamers don't ban people, the mods do, so if someoen was banned they probably caused a scene.
