Why Are Broman & Gothalian So Popular?
I don't see why they're bigger than streamers who are actually good at the game like mtashed, Wish You Luck, tripleWRECK, Giggle Monstar, Gamesager, Realkraftyy or WaRbulletpoof. Can someone explain this to me? Why would you watch a streamer even though they're not that strong of a player?

I can't understand why any of those people are popular. It's far more fun to play a game yourself than watch someone else play it.

Honestly I find bro man horrible... he uses the same person laity as goth and makes it annoying. Goth starting to not be much better, posts cuts from his stream to milk YouTube money with his stream money... acts like he tells it like it is, but you can tell when he bites his tounge.. Although... his stream is pretty chill to hangout in and he actually interacts with chat.

They played other games first and brought their loyal fan base to destiny where it grew. If you are constantly on top of the twitch feeds, you get more viewers. More viewers = more subs and more Followers and more people That stick around.

A good streamer doesn't have to be on the competitive side either. We all know how LacedUpLauren is not the best at pvp but we'd still watch her do trials and iron banner because she's hot and the stream is relaxed.

2 RepliesI personally like to watch Blessious He's a YouTuber and he's not amazing at the game admittedly but he's really down to earth and is an all around great guy I like his personality and how charismatic he is so that's why I keep coming back Also he's a pretty funny guy too

Because all of the PvP streamers are huge piss babies? Me and my wife were watching overwatch and she was like "lets ironically see whats up on destiny" and we went onto realkraftys and he was getting spanked by someone in trials like they went up 4-0 and then they started dancing in spawn and let krafty win. He was the biggest little baby about it then one of the other players came into the chat and said "we let you win" then krafty said "nah we took that win" completely ignoring the fact the were dancing in spawn after spankin krafty 4-0. TL;DR pvp players are HUGE pissbabies that get assblasted over literally everything, therefore no one wants to watch that shit.

Goth is a chill ass dude with great charisma that can appeal to almost anyone. I enjoy his streams very much no matter what he's streaming. Now for Broman.. I honestly do not care for his streams and have no intention on watching him anytime soon.

Because they sold out the Borderlands crowd, and switched to Destiny right when it launched. Their fans are easy to entertain, mouthbreathers.

For me it's not about who is the best or anything like that, broman and goth seem to be pretty down to earth kinda guys and are playing not to prove they are the best, but because they are having[i]fun[/i]. And yes you can have fun by being the best and all that, but true enjoyment comes from win or lose so long as you had fun, you are still winning. As cliché as that sounds

Didn't realize they were popular. I don't watch people play video games unless I'm watching a Ypu Tube instructing me how to complete a certain part of a raid or activity. Kids I guess find these guys interesting. I don't know, some neck beard sitting in his parents basement playing video games all day must be cool to today's youth?

If you want to watch someone be good at a game you just watch the montage. Triplewreck's is insanely well done. Think ill watch it again now. But you probably watch an hour for one of those great quick scopes or amazing plays. Most people dont wanna just watch someone be good at a game. They want to be entertained. So watching someone who is entertaining will make for a better stream. See mr fruit for example. Gets crapped on in many pvp reviews of guns. Makes me chuckle every time.

1 ReplyFun. Best doesn't necessarily translate to most fun. I can only speak for me, but with Mr Fruit for example, he's not great, but he is funny and self effacing to listen to.

I'm not interested in watching try-hard, sweaty streamers. Spending ten minutes in a ShesMyNerd stream one time turned me off from the sweaty streams forever. I'd much rather watch the average guys with personality who I can relate more to.
