Alright, OffTopic, got a poll for ya. Pick the choice that has the best outcome for the Commonwealth and comment if you feel the need to explain your choice.
Only just got the Prydwen to show up, so I understand there'll be spoilers.
I figure the Minutemen might be the best faction to be in power in the Commonwealth, since their mission seems rather noble, but I haven't completed their quest line, so I dunno for sure.
Second faction would probably be the BoS, I suppose, though I have to admit that I dislike their… attitude. And how they seem to be nothing but fanatical to Maxson. Who seems like a douche.
-blam!- the Institute.
Haven't run into the Railroad yet.
Am aware this is more of a Gaming thing, but I prefer OffTopic's… opinion… on this.

The brotherhood was pretty chill with Elder Lyons but freaking Maxson is just a DOUCHE Even max charisma and a little sex on the side won't change his mind

The institute if they would stop focusing on sythetic life and expand their biology program. Being able to grow food despite radiation would be a great boon to the wasteland also trees! As 3 dog said " have any of you seen a tree? No not those shriveled up brown things. Actual living breathing green trees."

I'm half way through the game right now. This Walmart I think Railroad: nope, just nope. Pretty weak in comparison. Make sure you get ballistic weave before you tell them to pound sand. Minutemen: I joined up. Seem like a good cause. Preston could -blam!- off at anytime tho BoS: questionable Institute: I might join them in the end. Seem like they are the best for the commonwealth. Ultimately I want a Minutemen and Institute ending.

Op there is a peaceful ending you know

Idk bro.

Sole survivor.

Bethesda did a lot of things right, but factions weren't one of them. They felt rushed and weren't really fleshed out. So...I don't really think there is a "best" choice.

It's definitely the Institute. Humanity must be purged!
