Prove that they are op: they deal 50% more dmg than axion and arc bolt and stop recovery for over 10 seconds. It's the grenade with the most range were it deals full dmg in the game except for the bouncy bladedancer grenade. Aaaand it is weak withiut the perks, which could be a reason sunsinger has only one build. Rework sunsinger and remove melee shield on hit and make burning names a basic. Skill while in radiance :)

Quick draw, gunslingers trance, embrace the void, shadestep, hungering blade and a ton Of other complimentary subclass perks giving the other classes and subclass plenty of advantages over the slow as shit sun singers that only has grenades and an overhyped melee. Against any competent team, sunsingers get domed as soon as they pop their super 90% of the time, which nobody ever seems to want to talk about. Thanks for the good laugh with the math though.

You listed a bunch of perks but none of them are related to grenades. For a class to be OP it does not matter how many nodes they need to use, you could use the entire skill tree for all I care...that grenade and flame shield are OP as -blam!-. 1 v 1 in medium/close range sunsinger wins because the range of the melee is sniper class while the damage is shotgun class and on top of that you even get a shield.

Axion bolt deals 120 damage. Firebolt deals 166 with burn. Axion tracks you until the end of the earth. Firebolt has a six foot radius. Axion is better. If you get tagged by a firebolt you are a scrub.

Axions only track you if you're within its radius at the time of explosions, you know what firebolts do in that situation? They straight up damage you without giving you a chance to dodge them like you can with axion bolts.

Axion bolts suck compared to firebolt. If you get hit by an axion bolt you are the problem. Good luck getting out of firebolts range in time. That's how quick the hunters tether should work once it hits a target
