Spartan's alone could solo most of the Destiny universe.
The UNSC could solo Destiny. Covenant would murder Destiny. Forerunners would curbstomp Destiny. Precursors/Flood would delete Destiny

We know that the UNSC had 800 worlds at its peak, the Destiny factions had many more. The Cabal could literally throw worlds, the UNSC only had so many NOVA bombs to counter this.

The unscs strength doesn't come in numbers. They are at their peak rn. How come cabal get their asses handed to them by the other factions of destiny or by 3 guardians. That really says a lot about them.

Because they are fighting against the Vex, plus they are a Galaxy wide force invading may worlds across the galaxy, not just Sol.

Exactly and the UNSC is fighting decendents of ancient gods, ancient guardians ("one is enough to police an entire galaxy"), The Covenant, Occasionally small containable flood outbreaks, and the Insurrectionists and are still coming out on top atm.

They are helpless against the Created at the moment. The Promethean are nothing compared to the Forerunners, beating them is not that impressive. The UNSC only beat the Flood and Covenant due to great heroes and a little destiny, and luck. Not because they actually could stand up to them in a war.
