They already cut Brooklyn from the initial release even though it's sealed on the disc. How about Queens, Bronx, Staten Island? The game we got that was a shell of what it was supposed to be? Hacked to pieces and sold to us in parts? Confirmed by the devs themselves? Yeah that doesn't fly.
