i read an article about this, and it was taken pretty much entirely out of context. not defending destiny, but here are the facts:
the quote from IGN is from E3 2013, not 2015, which it got from the reveal trailer. this one actually means something against destiny because they revealed at the same time.
"blows destiny out of the water" is technically true, but only because the beta had 6+ million people and the destiny beta had only 4+ million. destiny now even in its very weakened state has 10+ million active players weekly.

but unlike destiny, you can play the division on pc too. that may have a hand in it
-
also that. thank you
-
That 10 million player base is not accurate in the least
-
it's not, i was wrong it's actually 16 million
-
Lol I don't believe that at all
-
it doesn't sound right, but think about how easy it always is to find a match or a game in a strike, or maybe how there is almost always someone in patrol with you
or maybe how there is almost always someone in patrol with you
Yeaaaaaaaah....nope. Patrols are absolutely baron and empty. Other activities sometimes take so long and are often repetitive. If you don't like the PvP in this game (and I don't because I prefer low health competitive gameplay) then the game is pretty stale and dead.
