The "Electricity" in brains is comprised of the flow of positively and negatively charged sodium ions, while electricity in computers and other digital media is comprised of the flow of electrons.
They are two very different systems that have very different properties.
The only reason we equate the brain's neurological pulses to standard electricity is because they can both be measured with the same equipment.

No it's really not. The flow of ions is chemical, it's organic, while it can be measured it can't be controlled by any digital technology. The only reason biological nervous systems react to the flow of electrons is because they can conduct electrons as well as ions.
