Why are there no exotic ghosts in the game yet?
We need an exotic ghost option and here are some suggestions for how to implement it...
[b]Players reasons for liking it...[/b]
[i]1)[/i] It does not block the use of other exotic slots because Bungie has shown that they know how to implement it. (The Life Exotic perk)
[i]2)[/i] It gives glimmer for killing any enemy not aligned with the same faction (enemies in the crucible as well as minions of the darkness)
[i]3)[/i] Returns the flaming head effect from the nightfall (It was removed from the nightfall strike at the start of year 2) and it would burn in a faction color (red for the New Monarchy, blue for the Future War Cult, and some shade of black/white/gray for Dead Orbit)
[i]4)[/i] Default light is 310-320 since it likely would not be implemented until after the light level cap is raised above 320.
[b]Bungie's reasons for liking it...[/b][i]
1)[/i] Would require the player to have rank of 50 or 100 in the faction of choice to gain access to the quest (this would prolong players stay with a given faction before switching extending play time particularly for players who look to collect every exotic).
[i]2)[/i] Quest would be similar in size/difficulty to the class item ones (extends playtime further).
[i]3)[/i] Standard random material detector options (Means the ghost is not over powered).
[i]4)[/i] Requires faction allegiance to use (May require a minimum faction level of 25 or whatever other level Bungie would deem fair to require of the player's other characters).
[b]This is not a set in stone item just an idea that one player had. Just a way to get Bungie to ponder the idea[/b]
