I am going to make this simple, Destiny was the golden goose for bungie. I don't know who or whom made the decisions to go down the road it has traveled but in the last 6 months it has become evident that this game hasn't got long to live. In the last 6 months Bungie has focused only on its PvP audience, has gone silent on its future updates, and has basically alienated a large portion of the community. I understand Bungie is a company in the business of making money but I have significant doubt that it will be able to continue to be profitable. By alienating the community, and I have talked to a number of players who are dissatisfied, it is doubtful to me that Bungie will make even a small percentage of the money it could have if it has just published its timeline on future updates. The community would have been satisfied with just that information even if it proved to be tentative. I morn for the loss of Destiny but Bungie brought this on themselves.
