Make the most useless perk in Destiny!
Heres mine: (for rocket launchers) Increases Ammo Pick-Up Radius after a precision kill with your rockets

Sword perk that makes you dash indefinitely until you hit an enemy (I.e. you'll get stuck on walls until you die)
