Who else wants an EXOTIC ghost?
Why are there no exotic ghosts in the game yet?
We need an exotic ghost option and here are some suggestions for how to implement it...
[b]Players reasons for liking it...[/b]
[i]1)[/i] It does not block the use of other exotic slots because Bungie has shown that they know how to implement it. (The Life Exotic perk)
[i]2)[/i] It gives glimmer for killing any enemy not aligned with the same faction (enemies in the crucible as well as minions of the darkness)
[i]3)[/i] Returns the flaming head effect from the nightfall (It was removed from the nightfall strike at the start of year 2) and it would burn in a faction color (red for the New Monarchy, blue for the Future War Cult, and some shade of black/white/gray for Dead Orbit)
[i]4)[/i] Default light is 310-320 since it likely would not be implemented until after the light level cap is raised above 320.
[b]Bungie's reasons for liking it...[/b][i]
1)[/i] Would require the player to have rank of 50 or 100 in the faction of choice to gain access to the quest (this would prolong players stay with a given faction before switching extending play time particularly for players who look to collect every exotic).
[i]2)[/i] Quest would be similar in size/difficulty to the class item ones (extends playtime further).
[i]3)[/i] Standard random material detector options (Means the ghost is not over powered).
[i]4)[/i] Requires faction allegiance to use (May require a minimum faction level of 25 or whatever other level Bungie would deem fair to require of the player's other characters).
[b]This is not a set in stone item just an idea that one player had. Just a way to get Bungie to ponder the idea[/b]

I love this as an idea for a rank 50 quest and an exotic faction ship for 100!

I like the idea but I don't think it should be exclusive to factions. They like to slap the faction emblems all over faction gear in really weird ways and they're more limited for the appearance and colors. Furthermore, leveling factions is quick but quite boring.

The bonus the provide to faction rep is very small, and while neat looking the respawn effect is hardly exotic. If they going to impliment an exotic ghost, it needs to have a great perk that seperates it from other shells.

So long as it doesn't interfere with Exotic Weapons or Exotic Armor, I'd be all for an Exotic Ghost. Heck, you could even call it "Mini Traveler', and let it look like the Traveler but with the Ghost eye in the middle, now that'd be cool IMO.

make two of them, one for each y1 raid, but drop them at y2 light, as it makes old raids relevent again, AND implements exotic ghosts

The exotic ghost fully upgraded should shoot lasers, low impact at enemies within melee range.

Fack ghosts I want some new missions or strikes to play I could care less about anything else. Why don't you complain about something that will make this game more fun again I myself am sick of doing the same shit every week for nothing. A stupid ghost isnt gonna make this game better again. Can't people see what state this game is in right now? Who cares about exotic ghosts or emblems or shaders or sparrows.
