Make the most useless perk in Destiny!
Heres mine: (for rocket launchers) Increases Ammo Pick-Up Radius after a precision kill with your rockets

Aqua Man -standing in puddles increases shield recharge rate. Conductivity -arc damage will spread to everyone if they are standing in water. Practice Makes Perfect -Reloading this weapon grants increased reload speed for a short time.

Kills with swords increase reload speeds for a short period.

Perk name beta the effect bungee executives sitting in the room laughing!

8 RepliesHad an Ash Factory drop with Firefly and Outlaw. It even has High Caliber Rounds in the middle column. It wrecks in PvP.
