Make the most useless perk in Destiny!
Heres mine: (for rocket launchers) Increases Ammo Pick-Up Radius after a precision kill with your rockets

Shooting enemy's cause them to go invisible. Bullet that make contact cause you to flinch Sniper headshots blind you I would love to see headshots cause multi color fireworks

Weapon does more damage when the user is the last living member of their fire team

Wandering: when you shoot your rocket it will go crazy in the air and has a chance to kill yourself in the process
