Make the most useless perk in Destiny!
Heres mine: (for rocket launchers) Increases Ammo Pick-Up Radius after a precision kill with your rockets

It's already been done...This rocket launcher does increased damage to Fallen Shanks. My Guardians haven't brushed their teeth in 18 months, so if I breath on a shank, it dies.
