Not gonna lie, it's only true if you look at the stormcaller subclass. Sunsinger has ONE build that is functional in PVP. One. That is a radiant skin build with burn Nades. You can switch to fireborn but I have zero respect for anyone who uses fireborn in normal crucible. A single nerf to sunsinger would unbalance the entire tree, making it completely unusable in PVP.
