There should be two different light level NFs. Leave the 280 NF as is and add a 310+ light level NF that has a chance to drop 320 legendary and exotic gear. Including ghosts and class items as that's the thing that's holding most people in this game from reaching 320 light. Signed, A forever 319 guardian
