Yea warlocks are strong now, but only due to all the nerfs. Arc bolts were trashed, Flux tracking was reduced, hammers were nerfed a bit too much, melee detection issue on blade dance, and golden gun runs out a bit too fast. However, I would like to see a fix to some of that rather than a nerf to warlock (with perhaps the exception of slightly decreasing the time of Strom trance).
