Fabian Strategy Vs. Zhalo Supercell
I'm looking for Overall Usefulness in both pvp and pve applications.
FS has a large mag with low recoil and some interesting perks.
But,
Zhalo has nice arc damage and works nicely against large mobs and arc shields.
