No matchmaking for majority of the difficulties is [b]unacceptable[/b].
Vary encounters. Other than the 28 everything was exactly the same. Randomize all difficulties for modifiers, rounds, and enemy spawns.
With infusion and a lack of max light gear likely dropping do not repeat the vendor decisions from HOW where every armor piece was strength before any variety could be earned.
Remove respawn timers after completion so rewards aren't missing from a stupid mistake and poor teammates.
Have checkpoints. Harder difficulties can take a long time for many teams. I don't know quite how to balance it, but complete removal of checkpoints is not an acceptable fix. It leads to more failures, people giving up, and malicious trolling by poor fire team leaders as well as a zoo of connection problems. Maybe stagger rewards throughout the rounds instead of all at the end.
I'll add more later got a dentist appointment. If these problem persist I won't be playing very often. Lack of gear variety will encourage me to put off playing until better gear is available, lack of randomization will make it bore me quick, and lack of matchmaking will keep me from playing at all.
